Okay, I'm a little behind in populating our class blog. Apologies for that!
What we'll be covering in Week 3 (on Monday, Sept. 19) is an action-packed list of topics, including:
• A mysterious letter that I received this week.
• A look at last week's quizzes to see what we can learn.
• A look at the 'Fall Down' press releases. They were pretty good, although many people forgot to include a quote. We'll talk about what the quote does and why it's important.
• Discussion of 'The Inside Scoop' book and also the 'Dynamics of Media Writing' textbook.
• Blogs! Everyone has a worthy topic, I think. What's next? We'll find out.
• The next writing assignment, in which you will convince someone to talk to you for a very important reason.
• Review of assignments for the coming week.
• And, finally, another pesky quiz.
